PLACEHOLDER — Standard (2–4 working days): £3.95, free over £75.
Express (next working day, order by 2pm): £6.95.

Orders are dispatched from our Essex studio Monday to Friday. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your parcel leaves us.

PLACEHOLDER — We ship to Europe (3–6 working days) and the rest of the world (5–10 working days). Rates are calculated at checkout in your local currency. Duties and taxes are shown at checkout where supported; otherwise they may be payable on delivery.

PLACEHOLDER — You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn, unwashed and with tags attached. UK returns are free via our portal; international returns are at your cost unless the item is faulty.

1. Start your return from your account or the link in your dispatch email.
2. Print the label (or show the QR code at a drop-off point).
3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of receipt.

PLACEHOLDER — Need a different size? Choose exchange when you start your return and we'll dispatch the new size as soon as your parcel is scanned in.

PLACEHOLDER — If something isn't right, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort a replacement or refund straight away.
